Return Process

At 01 Computers Trading LLC , we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free.

If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and hassle-free.

Return Steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request

  2. Hand over the item to the courier / Visit our store

  3. Item Inspection

  4. Replacement or Refund

Eligibility for Return

Most products sold by 01 Computers are eligible for return unless clearly mentioned otherwise.

The following types of items may not be eligible for return:

  • Software licenses or digital products

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Custom-built PCs

  • Special or quotation-based orders

We may decline a return, refund, or exchange if the conditions below are not met.

Conditions for Returning a Product

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • In their original packaging, sealed and unopened

  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and the original product box

  • Damages or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Products with missing parts or signs of heavy use may be rejected unless defective

Note:

Please pack the item securely before returning it.

If the item gets damaged during shipping due to poor packaging, we may not be able to accept the return.

Returning the item in its original packaging is always the safest option.

Returning In-Store

If you visit the 01 Computers Customer Care Center:

  • Our team will inspect the item on the spot

  • If everything is in proper condition, a replacement or instant refund will be provided

Returning via Courier

If you prefer a courier pickup:

  1. Submit a return request from your Order History

  2. Our team will contact you within 24 hours

  3. After approval, a courier will be arranged to collect the item

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Items with tampered serial numbers

  • Products missing accessories or showing heavy use

  • Software, digital downloads, and hygiene items

  • Custom-built PCs or special order items

  • Activated devices (like certain Apple, Beats, or Bose items)

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped directly from your user account.

If the cancel option is not available, please contact us via chat, phone, or email immediately.

Refund Policy

  • If canceled before shipping: Refund processed within 1 working day

  • After return approval: Refund processed within 1–3 working days

Refund Methods:

  • Cash Payments: Instant in-store refund

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days

  • Bank Transfer: 1–5 business days

Who Covers Return Shipping?

01 Computers will cover the return shipping cost if:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

The customer is responsible for return shipping if:

  • The return is due to a change of mind

  • The item was ordered incorrectly

(UAE customers do not incur import duty charges.)
